Plans for summer

This summer is going to be very exciting. maybe not exciting but very relaxing. I feel like i have worked so hard this school year and i deserve the break. Its not going to be that much of a break though because i plan on working and taking summer school. I hate history and i hate reading about history so i am probably going to take my history classes at Houston Community College. i also plan on taking another class but i am not sure which class to take.

I plan on working a lot but i don't think it should be considered work because life guarding is probably one of the best decisions i have made. i have been life guarding for the past 5 summers and it has paid off. it is very laid back job and i am not looking forward to getting a real job.

BIO 1430

I have a group presentation that's due in three days and my group hasn't been able to meet up since the project was assigned. I have a feeling that i am going to have to do most of the work and i am definitely not looking forward to it because i don't completely understand exactly what i am suppose to be doing in the first place.

Biology is a very demanding class but the lab sucks just as bad. i think it might be a little harder than the class. i don't know who decided to have students in a class for about 3 hours and they expect us to be engaged with the work the whole time. the only reason i am able to pay attention is because my lab instructor tries to make it interesting. but no matter how interesting it is, it is still very confusing.

i hate communication!

I am currently taking comm 1310 and i have never been so annoyed with a class. the fact that i have to give a presentation in front of the class doesn't bother me at all (partially because it is a residential college class and more than half of the people are in my dorm), i hate feeling like i am wasting my time and i realised i was wasting my time when i was studying i ran across another definition for facial expressions. why would someone need to come up with a more complex definition for a word that does not need one?

I actually started disliking the class the first day when the professor tried to scare us into buying our own books. she made it seem almost impossible to pass her class without the books and said she was strongly against using an old book. I understand there are worksheets we need to turn in from the book but its extremely easy to make copies with my scanner. The fact that she tried to make us spend money unnecessarily shows how little she cares about her students.

Almost time for finals

Its almost time for finals. where did this semester go? this semester was very difficult but i can honestly say i had a lot of fun. I decided to take too many classes and i definitely paid for it with sleep but other than that it has been a really good semester. I met a lot of people this semester. it almost feels like i met someone new everyday, but I'm horrible with names so i just remember their faces.

this week coming up is going to be a bit of a challenge. i have two papers due, a political science test, a biology test, a test in weight lifting (pretty easy but i still have to study), my communication presentation, a group presentation in my biology lab and we just so happen to be the reject group, and last but not least, i have a test in aquatic therapy
