At this point beginners weight lifting is my favorite class. We don't really do much but it feels like i already know about everything the instructor is talking about. I am not an expert weight lifter but i have been around enough smart weight lifters to know the do's and donts of weight training. It feels somewhat elementary to me but I'm glad i have a little bit of an upper hand.
We had to give a presentation in front of the class and we were suppose to demonstrate the correct ways of doing workouts. This might be the first presentation i have ever given that i am completely sure that i did very well. its very easy to be confident when you know what you are talking about.
